"El Chañar"

In 1975, a group of men who love progress and the countryside, agriculture and 
livestock, which included the Family Rabasa, defenders of the rural family and Don 
Humberto Faggiani and Mrs., agro-technical school projected for the area. 
Ms. Alba and Marta Rabasa traveled to the Foundation Pedro A. Marzano of the town of 
Rueda to meet with Mr. Patricio Javier Escalante, who had travelled to Europe, 
birthplace of the Rural Training Centres, for interiorizarse the functioning of 
themselves and adapt to our environment with the idea of creating a centre in the area.
After lengthy talks and arduous process, managed to create the Foundation Rural 
Training Center "El Chañar", that currently depend Service Provincial teaching 
Privately.
On Route 94, to 5km of Teodelina, in 1976, After successive meetings and preparation 
Plan, classes begin. Its first rector was Engineer Patricio Javier Escalante, 
as a management team two monitors: Luis Bauzá y Walter Hernández. The status of the Rural 
Training Centre what the teacher writes Mark Ronquino. The part that always guided the 
pedagogical, as well as they did, Julio Mitao y José Zimerman.
